1. Membership and payment
Access to Love Me Daily requires an active paid membership. Membership is charged via our payment link and renews on the stated cycle unless cancelled. Membership fees cover access to the platform, not any specific outcome, match or service result.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Age-restricted sections require separate age verification and explicit consent. Accounts found to belong to minors are removed immediately.
3. Conduct
Harassment, hate speech, threats, impersonation, scams, solicitation of money, spam and sharing another person's private information are prohibited. You must not use Love Me Daily for any illegal activity.
4. Age-restricted content
Age-restricted areas are separated from general content and are never shown on public pages, general discovery or to unverified accounts. Only legal, consensual, policy-compliant content is permitted. Creators must be verified.
5. Wellbeing, health and financial sections
Therapy, counselling, relationship, health and beauty content is informational and provided by independent professionals. It is not medical advice and not an emergency service. Loan listings are third-party offers; Love Me Daily is not a lender or broker.
6. Earning, referrals and creator payouts
Earnings, referral rewards and creator payouts are subject to verification and anti-fraud checks. Fraudulent activity results in forfeiture of balances and account termination.
7. Moderation and termination
We may remove content, restrict features or terminate accounts that breach these terms. Serious breaches may be referred to the relevant authorities.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
